Parents in Bensalem can say goodbye to the morning panic of wondering if they missed the school bus. The Bensalem Township School District has launched the Edulog Parent Portal, a free smartphone app for the 2025-2026 school year that allows families to track their child’s bus in real-time.

The app uses GPS technology to provide live updates on a bus’s location. Parents can set up push notifications to be alerted when the bus is nearing their specific stop. Beyond just location, the system will also notify users if a substitute bus is running a route or if there are other time-sensitive delays from the transportation department.

To sign up, parents need to download the “Edulog Parent Portal” from the Apple or Google Play stores. Security is a priority, so you will need your child’s exact student ID number, date of birth, and the correct spelling of their name as it appears in the district’s Sapphire system. The Transportation Department warns that entering incorrect information will cause your request to get stuck in “pending” status, so they urge residents to double-check their details against their Sapphire account before submitting.
