Bensalem Police Hire Newest Officer

Bensalem’s newest officer, Alex Agyedu was sworn in on Oct 7th by Mayor DiGirolamo with family, friends, Bensalem Council members, community members, hiring board members, and his fellow police officers all in attendance.

Officer Agyedu attended the Temple Municipal Police Academy and graduates on Monday, Oct 10th. He will start his career in the Bensalem Township Police Department’s Field Training Officer program on Tuesday, Oct 11th.

Congratulate Alex Agyedu and welcome him to the Bensalem community. We all hope he has a long and safe career here at Bensalem Township and we look forward to seeing him on patrol.
