The search for the next legendary voice of Philly radio continues! 102.9 WMGK brings its high-stakes “House Band” search to Bensalem for a night of pure classic rock energy. Local bands are vying for the ultimate prize: the title of the 2026 MGK House Band, which includes professional recording time at SoundPlex Studios and a permanent spot on the WMGK roster for major events throughout the year.

This week’s semifinal heat features four powerhouse contenders: Social Call, 90ZROCKS, Third Degree, and Ancient Mariners. Each band will take the stage to prove their chops with a set of classic rock staples, including a mandatory “mystery” cover song hand-picked by the WMGK DJs to test their versatility under pressure.

As the third week of the semifinals, the tension is palpable. Only one winner from tonight will advance to the Grand Finals on February 25th. Expect a high-decibel showdown as these groups pull out all the stops to win over both the panel of judges and the rowdy 360 crowd.
