About the Event/Performer

Bruce Springsteen fans, this is the one you circle on the calendar. The E Street Shuffle, widely considered one of the most authentic Springsteen tributes on the East Coast, returns to Bensalem for a special concept show. Instead of a standard greatest hits set, they are dedicating the night to The Boss’s 1978 masterpiece, Darkness on the Edge of Town.

The band will perform the entire album front-to-back. You’ll hear the anthems like “Badlands” and “The Promised Land,” but the real treat is hearing the deep cuts like “Racing in the Street,” “Candy’s Room,” and “Streets of Fire” performed live with full E Street precision. Once the album is complete, the band will return for a second set packed with career-spanning hits, party tracks, and fan favorites to close out the night.

Darkness is often cited by diehards as Springsteen’s best work—a gritty, raw, and determined follow-up to Born to Run that stripped away the wall of sound for something leaner and tougher. Hearing it performed live in a venue like Broken Goblet, with its high ceilings and industrial atmosphere, is the perfect way to experience that specific era of Jersey rock history.

Venue Details

Broken Goblet Brewing

  • Vibe: A massive, high-ceilinged industrial brewery with a dedicated music venue sound system (The Music Room). It gets loud and energetic.
  • Parking: Free lot on-site. There is parking in the front and a large overflow lot in the rear.
  • Food/Drink: House-brewed craft beers (heavy on IPAs and sours) plus a full bar. The on-site kitchen serves solid bar food—think wood-fired pizzas, cheesesteaks, and massive pretzels.
  • Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible via the rear entrance.

💡 Pro Tip: If you buy General Admission tickets, seating is limited and first-come, first-served. The “Reserved Seating” and “Mezzanine” tickets guarantee you a spot to sit, but if you go GA, arrive right at 7:00 PM if you hope to snag a barstool or table.
