About the Event/Performer

Philly’s own Romeo Delight returns to Bensalem for a high-octane tribute that has earned the stamp of approval from Diamond Dave himself. Known as “America’s Van Halen Experience,” this isn’t just a cover band; they are a highly acclaimed act recognized by David Lee Roth (who featured them on his podcast), Howard Stern, and Micky Dolenz. Frontman Buddy Blanchard is famous for his dead-on vocals and gravity-defying high kicks, channeling the wild energy of 1980s arena rock.

For this specific date, the band is treating die-hard fans to a full run-through of the 1979 classic album “Van Halen II”. Expect to hear deep cuts like “Somebody Get Me a Doctor” and “Beautiful Girls” played in their original sequence, followed by a powerhouse set of the band’s greatest hits from the David Lee Roth era. It’s a double dose of nostalgia delivered with the technical precision VH music demands.

This show marks a welcome return to Broken Goblet for the group. While they tour the East Coast regularly, their local shows often carry a special energy. With reserved seating already sold out, the room will be packed with energy, so expect a loud, rowdy, and communal celebration of one of rock’s greatest legacies.

Venue Details

The Music Room at Broken Goblet

  • Vibe: Massive industrial-chic brewery with professional sound and lighting. It feels more like a dedicated rock club than a taproom.
  • Parking: Large free lots available in both the front and rear of the building.
  • Food/Drink: Full bar featuring Broken Goblet’s own craft brews, plus a full kitchen (Mutual Respect) serving pizza and pub fare.
  • Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible; the rear entrance is the designated accessible entry point.

💡 Pro Tip: Park in the rear lot if you can. It’s closer to the Music Room entrance, which saves you a long walk through the brewery if you’re just there for the show.
