Bensalem Police Announce 17 Retail Theft Arrests To Begin July

Township Police announced 17 arrests from June 28th through July 4th, restating their commitment to a zero-tolerance policy towards “retail thefts and will arrest anyone detained or identified as committing these crimes”.

In this week’s roundup, we meet 5 Bensalem locals, Nancy Lopez-Tizol, Mekhroj Nematova, Brett Key, Somaya Barekzai, and a juvenile caught stealing $35.00 of items from Wawa.  No long-distance thieves this week, however, we do have a grand total winner for Nicholas Schorn, stealing over $10,000 worth of items from Home Depot.

The department will post a list of people arrested for Retail Theft and related charges in Bensalem Township each week.
