Fulton Bank will be closing 13 Philadelphia-area branches later this year. This comes after the acquisition of Republic First Bank in April of this year.

Federal regulators closed Republic First Bank, which operated in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Fulton Bank acquired Republic’s 32 branches as part of the deal.

The closures are set to happen on or about November 22 with Bensalem losing the 2100 Street Road location in favor of the newer location on 2734 Street Road.
