Can You ID The Blouse Bandit?
The Bensalem Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a female believed to be involved in retail theft at Kohls, on July 9, 2024, at approximately 3:00 PM.
The store reported that an unknown black female entered the store with a large blue shoulder bag and filled it with numerous shirts valued at $636.00.
The female then fled the area in a dark-colored sedan without paying for the merchandise.
