Bensalem Police Start August With 13 Arrests

Township Police announced 13 arrests from August 2nd through August 8th, restating their commitment to a zero-tolerance policy towards “retail thefts and will arrest anyone detained or identified as committing these crimes”.

In this week’s roundup, we meet a couple of kids (15 and 16 years old) from Brooklyn, NY who teamed up with Fayzullo Turdaliev of Oakdale, PA to steal almost $1,000.00 worth of items from Target. A 13-year-old from Holland, PA who thought it would be a good idea to steal over $100.00 worth of stuff from the same Target. And let’s not forget Zeeshan Ahmed from Brooklyn, NY looking to walk out of Home Depot with over $800.00 worth of goods.

Ahmed also had a Warrant out for his arrest for stealing $2000.00 from Home Depot just last month. He was our long-distance thieving grand prize winner on July 29th. It’s good to see he’ll be getting his reward.

The department will post a list of people arrested for Retail Theft and related charges in Bensalem Township each week.
