Bensalem Police Seek Two Philadelphia Suspects After Weapons and Drugs Found in Traffic Stop

Bensalem Police need your help in locating two individuals wanted on multiple felony charges following a significant discovery during a recent traffic stop.

The Incident

On February 21, 2026, a Bensalem Police officer stopped a red Ford Fusion near the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Street Road. The vehicle was pulled over for a traffic violation and for displaying a suspicious temporary registration.

Upon approaching the car, officers smelled marijuana, but both occupants claimed they did not have medical marijuana cards. While the suspects were initially released from the scene, their vehicle was towed to the Bensalem Township Police Headquarters. After obtaining a search warrant, investigators uncovered a dangerous haul, including:

  • A loaded Ruger .380 semi-automatic pistol.
  • A loaded Smith & Wesson .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol with an obliterated serial number.
  • Approximately 60 packages of suspected marijuana and a digital scale.
  • Counterfeit registration documents and additional drug paraphernalia.

The Suspects

Police have identified the two occupants and issued active arrest warrants for both. They are currently facing charges including Persons Not to Possess a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm with an Obliterated Serial Number, and Possession with Intent to Deliver.

  • Xianni Stallings: 23 years old, from Philadelphia.
  • Nasir Smith: 30 years old, from Philadelphia.

Authorities noted that both individuals were given the opportunity to surrender to police but refused to do so.
