Bensalem Township Police have arrested Kevin Mendez-Ramon, 23, in connection with a sexual assault that occurred late last month. The incident took place on the evening of November 30, 2025, at an apartment on the 3100 block of Knights Road.

According to authorities, the investigation began on December 2 when police received a report of the assault. Officials say the victim had agreed to meet Mendez-Ramon at his residence. While the two were watching a movie, Mendez-Ramon allegedly attacked the victim, forcibly removing her clothing and assaulting her despite her repeated verbal refusals and physical resistance.

Following the incident, the victim was treated at St. Mary’s Medical Center.

Police stated that Mendez-Ramon later admitted to the assault in messages sent to the victim and subsequently confessed to detectives.

Mendez-Ramon was taken into custody at his home on December 18 without incident. He faces multiple felony charges, including Rape, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Indecent Assault, and Indecent Assault.

He was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after a judge set bail at 10% of $50 million.
