Bensalem Police Announce 17 More Retail Theft Arrests

Township Police announced 17 arrests from July 12th through July 18th, restating their commitment to a zero-tolerance policy towards “retail thefts and will arrest anyone detained or identified as committing these crimes”.

In this week’s roundup, we meet the grand prize winner, 31-year-old Janette Alburqueque, who was caught stealing $2200.00 worth of items from Kohls, a 16-year-old juvenile caught stealing $34.00 from Walmart.  The winner for long-distance thieving this week is 28-year-old, Jasmine Thomas from Brooklyn, NY who stole $2000.00 worth of goods from Kohls.

Kohls continues to get hammered like this week after week.

The department will post a list of people arrested for Retail Theft and related charges in Bensalem Township each week.
