About the Event/Performer
It’s a night of extended jams, intricate compositions, and “shakedown” vibes as Rift takes the stage to pay tribute to the Vermont legends, Phish. Composed of veterans from the local jam scene (members of Control for Smilers, Uncle Jawn’s Band, and Keezus), the band members boast a combined attendance of over 300 Phish shows. They aren’t just playing the notes; they’re recreating the energy of the rail.
Support for the evening comes from The Reality Check Experiment, a Philly-based favorite known for their own psychedelic improvisation. This is a “Music Room” show, meaning full production, lights, and plenty of space to spin.
Expect deep dives into the Phish catalog—from the complex fugues of their namesake song “Rift” to the funk-laden grooves that keep the crowd moving. Whether you’re a seasoned 1.0 vet or a new fan, this is the closest you’ll get to the languid days of a Phish festival right here in Bensalem.
